    Jama Porter is a second-generation Realtor and third-generation Floridian with deep roots in the Space Coast—and a lifelong passion for real estate. Raised in Melbourne Beach and Indialantic by a mother who was both a builder and broker, Jama grew up renovating and flipping homes long before it became a trend. That early hands-on experience gave her an expert eye for design and a deep understanding of a home’s potential.

    After raising a family and excelling in a national direct sales career—where she earned 12 free cars and led top-performing teams—Jama returned to real estate full time in 2020. She quickly became one of the region’s most respected agents, combining decades of sales experience with unmatched strategic marketing, negotiation skills, and client care.

    Today, she leads the J2 Porter Team alongside her husband Jeff, serving buyers, sellers, and investors across Brevard County with systems that deliver consistency, clarity, and results.

For over 14 years, they’ve hosted weekly “Gigi & PopPop Nights” with their grandkids—proving that consistency, joy, and service aren’t just part of her business philosophy—they’re part of her life.
